Villas on Crete, bookings without commission

Anna Boutique Villas rents out two villas with a private pool on Crete, in the middle of the island near the Kourtaliotiko Gorge. Villa Myrte and Villa Daphne each sleep five guests and can be rented all year round, with views of the mountains and the sea.

The situation

An international guest base often books months ahead and compares several platforms along the way. That means two things: availability has to be correct everywhere, and guests who find the owners’ own site have to be able to book there straight away. Otherwise the booking ends up on a platform after all, with commission.

The approach

The site was built by Fijn-Online with Bookedin as the booking software. Each villa has its own calendar with its own rates, starting at two hundred euros per night. The reservation page sits in the main navigation, so a visitor reaches the booking step in two clicks from any page.

The result
