Adjusting the default reservation status
With Bookedin, you can choose which reservation status should be used by default when a new booking is received. This is a great way to save time and ensure that every new reservation automatically gets the correct status.

Always ensure you have selected the correct calendar before adjusting the settings. The booking settings are unique to each individual calendar.

Log in to your account
- checkGo to https://app.bookedin.nl/login/
- checkEnter your email address and password.
- checkAfter logging in, you will see the dashboard.

Navigate to Booking Settings
- checkIn the menu, click on Plugins > Booking Settings.
- checkYou will now see an overview of all settings that are unique to each calendar.

Locate the "Reserve with default status" section
- checkScroll down until you see the section Reserve with default status.

Choose a default status
You can choose from the following statuses:
- checkConfirmed
- checkConfirmed with deposit
- checkPersonal use
- checkUnavailable
Click on the status you would like to set as the default for all new bookings.

Save Settings
- checkClick the blue button "Save settings" at the bottom of the page.

All set! Your default reservation status has now been updated. New bookings received through this calendar will automatically be saved with your chosen status.
