Retrieving the iCal link from Micazu.nl (for import into Bookedin)
In short: Micazu supports calendar synchronization via iCal (.ics). We recommend using a desktop or laptop for these steps, as the management functions are easiest to navigate on a larger screen.
Log in to Micazu
Open your browser and log in to your Micazu management environment (host/listing management).
Go to your bookings / calendar overview
Navigate to the management section or the overview of your bookings/listing where you manage your calendar. In Micazu, this is typically found in your Administration Panel / Bookings Overview.
Locate the iCal / Calendar Synchronization section
Look for an option named iCal Calendars, Synchronize Calendar, or iCal Export. Micazu uses an iCal export link for this purpose.
Choose "Export iCal calendar" / Copy the export link
Select the option Export iCal Calendar (or similar). An automatically generated export URL will appear, copy this link. This link is usually a URL ending in .ics or containing ical.
Paste the iCal link into Bookedin
- checkLog in to Bookedin (https://app.bookedin.nl/login/).
- checkNavigate to Plugins → Synchronization and Import.
- checkClick Import new calendar, select the Bookedin calendar you want to import into, paste the iCal link, name the import (e.g., Micazu), and choose the desired booking status. Click Create.
All set! Your bookings have been successfully imported from Micazu.nl. From now on, reservations from the linked platform will be automatically read and added to your Bookedin calendar.

Handy Tips
- checkVerify the iCal link: Ensure it is a genuine iCal link (the URL usually contains .ics or ical). Do not use a standard website URL, as it will not work for imports.
- checkUse a desktop: Some synchronization options only appear in the desktop admin view.
- checkKeep it private: Do not share your iCal export link publicly, anyone with the link can import and view your calendar.
- checkSync time: Updates via iCal are refreshed periodically; it may take some time (from a few minutes up to an hour) before changes are visible in Bookedin.
